I have known and worked with Ray Bayat and his team for over 15 years. In that time, I have assisted NetCo Investments, Inc. in the acquisition of several value-add retail centers involving complex redevelopment along with new construction. Just closed escrow on a vacant Kmart building in a small California trade area with NetCo Investments, Inc. as the buyer. Ray and his group purchased the building and were prominent in the re-leasing of more than 1/2 of the building to a credit tenant prior to the close of escrow (less than 6 months from the initiation of this endeavor). In 30 years in the business, having closed more than 800 lease and/or sale transactions, I have never been part of a smoother transaction.
