- Shopping Centers with a maximum of 80% occupancy;
- Must include a national or regional credit tenant, shadow anchor, or an anchor must be present within the intersection;
- Freestanding vacant retail buildings, neighborhood centers, strip centers, community centers will all be considered;
- Prefer properties priced at below replacement cost;
- Properties with leases expiring or below market rents;
- Great exposure and visibility to a main arterial street;
- Hispanic communities are of great interest.
