  • Shopping Centers with greater vacancy than historical levels in its market;
  • Freestanding vacant retail buildings, neighborhood centers, strip centers, community centers will all be considered;
  • Properties priced at below replacement cost;
  • Properties with leases expiring or below market rents;
  • Properties that are in need of TLC and upgrades;
  • Good to Great exposure and visibility to a main arterial street;
  • Hispanic communities are of great interest;
  • Vacant land from 1/2 acre and up including pads in existing shopping centers.
