Ben Halpern joined NetCo Investments, Inc. in May 2025 as a Leasing Associate. Prior to joining NetCo, he served as an Investment Sales Broker at Bennett Realty & Development, a commercial real estate firm based in Holmdel, New Jersey. In this role, Mr. Halpern specialized in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased (STNL) investment properties and multi-tenant shopping centers across the United States.

Mr. Halpern earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, graduating in May 2023.
